LEGAL & CULTURAL CARE
– We can only accept items obtained and possessed in compliance with all laws (state/federal game regulations, salvage rules, CITES).
– No parts from protected/endangered species; no migratory bird parts. Animal materials must be clean and pest-free.
– Rooted Ways cannot assign value to in-kind donations; donors determine fair-market value. We may decline items we cannot safely store or use.
